That which we call an eighth, is actually surveyed as 0.045Ha - measuring 30m x 15m; approx 98ft5in by 49ft2.5in.
This one is slightly smaller maybe 40x80 or 45x90
By the way; why not simply visit the plot and measure it? you don't want to buy something you haven't seen, do you?
