we have been pumping oil from msa to nrb to ksm and to Eld so what so impossible with having a parallel line doing a similar thing but now pumping sea water thats desalinated if such a word exist and then pump to all dry regions. @Amga,
No need to go for sea water.Why not pump fresh water from Lake Sango to Timboroa and let it flow by gravity to any part of Kenya?
