Hi guys i would like to block an E-mail i receive monthly from a service provider whose services i stopped using 4 months ago but they still send me promotional documents.

Please helpPray

Mark it as spam mail......How to varies depending on what mail service youa re suing (yahoo!, Gmail, hotmail, outlook, etc...
