Hallo Investors,
Folks i really appreciate your heartfelt positive contributions on this site and can't go unnoticed. For the few days i have been on this site i have learned alot. I welcome your suggestions/comments and positive contributions on the subject matter above.
I intend to build a flat at Bamburi area of Mombasa on my 100 by 50 plot under my own strict supervision starting early May 2011.
The flat will comprises:
-3 floors
-2 bedroomed houses on each floor and total of 4 units
-Well finished apartments
The architecture confirmed its possible to build those units on the piece of the plot.

QUE: What is the rough estimate {total sum of money} to accomplish this dream property and whoever is conversant with any reliable contractor in Mombasa can forward me his/her contacts too.
