Muganda, the CMA did approve reit guidelines last year in August.This in addition to the asset-backed securites trading provide a clear cut procudural precedence for real estate investment.A lthough at the moment reits cannot be publicly listed these guidelines allow for private reits.This guideline can be found in the CMA library.

Njunge, we are a new company contrary to the picture paintedby our business development dep.We are newly formed with very new ideas which are premier to African exchange landscape.We plan to offer: reits, commingled funds,property funds, a real estate investment group with exchangale shares and a share swap programme. To achieve this we are currenly in neotiations wih several ivestment banks. Chronology of events: The Business Development Guy comes to Wazua, posts then fails to respond to questions.....then the MD comes and apologises for the BDG not addressing the questions...then the MD fails to respond to questions. Who shall now come and apologise for the MD?

I think u guys harassed both the MD and BDM, they had to take off quickly to save face. hahahaha may be they went to look for chairman of the board.
