@mnjoro, where on earth? 2nd row? never labda huko mwalimu farm, but no title. recently about 1 km from the eastern by pass flyover and on 6th row, min is 1.2m-1.6m for 65*75, others are 50*100 clean docs. anything else ni porojo !

@ Kwanini there is a company selling between Thika rd and Ruai behind the crusher.4.5m per acre but have to buy the whole land approx 50 acres.

@mnjoro, I know the rates around the area and so at 300k ,i don't expect the plot to be next to the bypass.Maybe about 3km inside.The one thing i insist however is it must have the right papers(title)

anyone know the going rate for an 1/8 on thika road behind Mangu appox 2.5kms from Main highway and next to the area they propose to have a railway station...any ballpark numbers will be highly appreciated
