Lease - legal advice Help!

Anyone who can help me find an affordable lawyer to peruse my lease agreement?

Don't want to append my signature on it until I am certain it is to the best of my interest.

Ps: some clauses are not consistent with what is on the ground.

Nothing wrong with that. Just a wise landlord/lady. Just remember that rent deposits are usually for security and should ideally not be used to offset rent.
