I will offer you free consultation.Unless you want to go and see another doc who you will pay alot and show up your pussy.

Just walk to any Chemist and request the below (unless you are allegic to the drugs though they are well tolerable by over 90 % of population)

Option one (if you are NOT pregnant)

1.Fluconazole 150mg stat (take one capsule once)
2.Candid B cream -apply twice daily to all the itchy areas of labia majora.
3.Candid suppository (a pack of 3 or 6 depending if its severe)-insert one ovule into the vagina nocte (at night only).Lift up you legs when lying on your back and use an apllicator stick to push the ovule inside your vagina.alternatively use your middle finger.

Option two (if pregnant)

Avoid number one above.

For the husband,he will use number one above only !

Next time,I will charge you consultation !!

Thank you all for the advise though it got funny at some point.

Burning Spear; was on the above treatment last year second half and now! its back so distressed. i also discovered the gyno-daktrin given by the hosi on your way to south B had expired in 2009(probably why i didnt get well.)

i dont like inserting the ovules or pushing the cream up the you-know-where but looks like its the only solution available now.

I might have gotten the infectionn as i changed from using my flamingo soap to the expensive antibacterial soap(maishakijana)two weeks ago
as for all the other reasons/solutions:
Garlic; i use it in every meal though i read smwhere that if you insert it -the infection will be gone(am yet to try that)

2. yogurt- i had a habit of douching with yogurt sometime back but at sm point i got the infection then gave up on the procedure

3. No bedminton: i usually land frequently with the same pinetree.

i have heard the following can help keep the yeast at bay:
1. sleeping ngothaless
2. drying undies in the sun?

The reason for recurring vary and are many;

1. If your partner was not treated, men tend to be carriers but themselves do not always exhibit the symptoms.

2. Like you have said, the gyno-daktarin had expired thats why it didnt work.

3. If you have used broad spectrum antibiotics for treatment of other ailments and they killed the normal flora

4. If you wear tight fitting clothes which are warm-this may aggravate the issue.

You have indicated about having a problem with inserting the ovules.
Just do it when retiring to bed.It melts very fast and has no pain coz the ovule are of average size and some are bullet shaped.
Also, dont push the cream up,just apply to the labia majora & minora to some extent.the candid B has beclomethasone (reason for Candid B) which is a mild steroid which works at suppressing the itchness while clotrimazole kills the fungi.

The above prescription should not be more than ksh 500.I can refer you to some chemist in town if you are in town.

1. Do not use antibacterial soaps near your vagina. Also, when cleaning your vagina,do not let inside get soap whether antibacterial or others-just use plain clean water as the place is aqueous meaning not oily to require soap.

2. Do not douch the vagina whether with drugs or herbal (youghurt).Infact, you can only use clinical douch preparations in cases of severe fungal manifestations in the vagina which are rare. For yoghurt, please drink instead of givin to the other pussy mouth. You are destroying your pussy. When you drink, the good bacteria in yoghurt should redistribute in the body.It has been an ignorant myth that using yoghurt is good.

3. Sleeping gothaless is healthy as you have mentioned above.
