There is no other intervention of the uterine fibroids apart from surgical interventions.This is the fact and pliz do not look for answers elsewhere for there are so many prophets out there who will give concortions in the name of treatment.

you can monitor at what rate are they growing every 6 months and if you don't have kids and you are planning to your gyno should advice you on how to go about it depending on size and location. you can even remove them wakati wa kujifungua. the advisable surgical size is 12 cm depending on the side effects, coz some of doctors wanaopenda money can even tell you to remove it at size 15mm. sometimes they stop growing and no heavy bleeding experienced.

Surgery is inevitable. Like @bspear says, u'l be told of herbal remedies that cure the fibroids but pls do not allow yourselves to be misled. A good gyn is however v important.

there was an article on Saturdays paper about non-surgical intervention of this. Look for the paper (insert). unfortunately, they didnt give the contacts of the doc but i think he is based in westy. You could write to the editor for the contacts
