@kadosh, Lobby lobby lobby. Make noise ala! Organize a demo. Threaten to walk naked...or even to resign like Kuria Kanyingi. The dude got his pple a road tarmacked by the Moi regime after almost coming to tears n threatening to resign!....An MP can get very many thngs done in his area.
