But i feel like the Judicial systems should always have a time frame to hear this cases like maximum 6 months from the day of elections.I do hope Khalwale will make it back to parliament

...99% of these MPs would go home if their seats were to be scrutized!!!!

Basi waende wote!! the better for kenya. Kwanza they should all be scrutinized. And yes, there should be a time frame for the conclusion of these cases.I think the cases should be over in three months max.

No wonder Mutula raised an issue when they kicked out ECK. He said that if you kick ECK out coz of shoddy job, how can you then all claim to be bonafide?

How much on average does it cost to organise a by election? 50m on the lower side? Multiply that by 10 (number of MPs who have lost their seat through electroal petitions). Say 500m kenya money.Sad

Half a B cash is enough to get ALL IDPs out of camps.

the worst bit of these petitions to nullify mps legality to hold office is that they are coming when term is at an end.. and they offer no recourse to the tax payer for paying huge salaries to an "imposter" who should not have been in the office in the first place!!!

i sincerely think a pack of form two prefects could do a better job running the judiciary!!..i just think so..they'd be more effective.

is there probable course to sue debunked mps..kama mbugua..to pay back all they recieved..halafu hao watatue story yao ya public service they offered and valuation there off halafu Government gives them a stipend?? smile smile

According to Uhuru wa Kenyatta Over 9.8 Billion shillings have been used on IDPs. A full budget for Another general election. But we still have IDPs!!

These are cash cows for so many interested monsters, NGOs, politicians among other parties period!!!
