A property development company with an interesting concept. Have you heard about it? Might be the next available route to own a home.

What they are doing, they have the models of the houses they are building. You own like a share of the house unit you want.... you pay cost of construction and a small margin for the administrative work the developer has done. You pay this in phases depending on how the construction is going. You are invited to the site now and then to air your views. quarterly progress is submitted to those who have 'subscribed'.

Disclaimer: i only got info from a friend. I am neither a member nor do i own any share. So do your own due diligence.

No. it is completely independent of Housing Finance. its a company on its own. I got a brief let me post it.
