Hi my fellow business minded people, i am thinking of developing my small kasarani plot measuring 40x60. My intention is two build 3 two bedroom and 3 one bedroom flats so total of six flats. for those who has done it or have idea, how much roughly do you think is going to cost me?

@ African Coloner, Tulia Boss! Wacha moto! Have you searched the past threads on buildings? There are so many of them and very exhaustive on buildings. Do your research first hapana payuka payuka ovyo ovyo hapa bwana weh! I Think Therefore I Am
