The Makao Rosslyn project is expected to be completed within 15 months, with construction commencing in February 2011. (March?)

Quarterly reports are provided to the investors. The reports contain detailed information on the progress of the projects, cost of materials and other inputs, and pertinent call-outs to the investors.
The investors are continually invited to offer ideas that help to enhance the quality and cost-effectiveness of the project.
Who’s behind Makao Holdings?
The Makao team comprises experts from the world of real estate development, including an architect, conveyancing experts and an engineer. The project management team is headed by a civil engineer of many years’ experience.
