Read the story in star page 5.
Jean ping clashed wit tractor.
Situation on ivory coast was to be discussed 1st by the security council/panel 1st.
Tractor instead called a press conf and started briefing the media.
Ping ordered the conf stopped.security stormed the conf room. Tractor hurriedly gave out written copies as the security kicked out the media.

The 2nd comment refers tinga as a western puppet. I feel 4this man. Thats y I said, in matters diplomacy, SKM wins hands down. The article also refers tinga as a lowly PM. Damn that can hurt....

No wonder he came back home to create another crisis in order to cover up the mess in Addis. It is highly likely that when MK was trying to reach him, he was busy giving this unauthorized press briefing. At least AU, Africa and the rest of the international community have come to understand the kind of a person RAO is. However all is not lost for Africa, they could still train him on diplomacy by organizing a two-month induction programme in Bakra market, Mogadishu.
