I recently bought land from a company called Property Reality. They are Property developers in Kenya and Rwanda. They have land that they are selling near a very big project they are doing. In the spirit of wazua and sharing good investment deals i would recomend anyone who has 1.2 m to spare to buy the plot. I believe that in one year they will be going for 2.5 m easily. The plots are going for 1.2 per acre and 700,000 an 1/8th. i got a cheaper plot like 500 metres away but with al the conmen in that area i would rather get it for a bit more. does any one know how i can get something in Isiolo. I have credible information that this is the place to look at in 5 - 10 years. Govt is planning to build an army base plus the road from Ethiopia etc. Also if anyone has anything in Narok ?

I suggest to you that if you're really serious about land in Narok and Isiolo, you take one or two weeks leave and go down there. No information you get from here will beat the info you gather on the ground. That's what I do.
