Seeking suitable land for a quarry

I am interested in investing in a quarry for building blocks. Which areas are suitable for a quarry near Nairobi and what would be the cost of acquiring or hiring an acre? Your input will be highly appreciated.

Would also like to know more,

However, why not invest in a sand pit, get land near Nairobi then you can have sand/stones ferried from the quarries that are further off Nai to this place, from here you can sell the sand to contractors.

I have seen some quarries in kitengela area.... i think they do blocks for building (stand to be coLLected). You can check out there too if you have contacts.
