i understand the below developments are proposed to be built in kitengela. The person who told me didnt seem to be sure of this. Where exactly will they be? Anyone with an idea?
1. Bill Gates Foundation Institute of Technology
2. Equity bank Business district development
3. Nalepo International Golf Course

there is a proposed devt called nalepo valley about 7km from ostrich farm on that road that proceeds to kiserian (or ngong, not sure). i have a plot there and i heard the owner talk about a golf course. it is possible thats the place.
