.....one thing is clear, the chaps who were arrested were not able to 'chota'...we are told that alcoblow is coming back soon - now you combine mututho law and alcoblow and yu can be sure the average cop on the beat can start making serious investment decisions...

Daft Law.
Can see architects getting busier designing home bars as people move their drinking away from the public to the private domain - away from mututho's prying eyes and right in the face of those kids everyone is trying to keep away from bars.

And the logic behind limiting the drinking hours to after 5 is to make sure I'm at work? Which means if I park myself on some hotel chair guzzling bottles of fanta or similar sober liquids I should be arrested because i am not at work (assuming of course the cops can show I'm shirking work)
