so this heading on the article 'Unga Ltd Factory Produces Fake Pesticides, Fertilizer, Bread'Means a factory in Unga Ltd area is doing that.

Maybe Unga House. Sold Chester House years ago... BTW, where Chester House stands... used to be a flour mill!
