@Evolve - www.kenyalaw.org - look for the Childrens Act of 2001 (or maybe its 2002). Most issues are spelt out in that act. If you have not identified a child,try Mama Ngina Children's Home - somewhere in South C/Nairobi West

New life home is also another nice Babies home. The are very welcoming and in my opinion very good with the babies waiting to find homes. btw,you have to have been refered from an adoption agency. Little angels Network
