I saw an ad in today's daily nation abt Thuo investment co. selling land 12km from Thika highway? Are they credible? is there anyone who has dealt with them ?

Saw some buyers showing off their title deeds while the same adverts says the shamba has one title. Separate titles to be available after 4 months. I dont like conflicting info when it cames to land transactions. It may end up to another Kahawa Sukari.

Does it mean the entire land was in one title, which is now being subdivided hence the individual titles? Is this even possible? Am also interested in 2 acres

When you see property being over-advertised, be cautious. Good deals move quickly even without many adverts.

Bree. Yes. Every parcel of demarcated land should have one title irrespective of size.
