The way us kenyans love ugali,i want to know how much do we really spend each year to get our ugali in our dining tables. It must be in bilions because

40,000,000 x 20= 8,000,000,000.

That is my rough estimate, assuming each kenyan spends 20 pop each day . Hey let me know the real figures because i am doing quick reserch before i venture into ugali market.

Your assumption is wrong. While most kenyans eat ugali regulary, there are those who don't eat it like me.Ugali is not eaten in my household.

Your 8billion a day estimate???? get real!!! Can never happen! And what's a 'pop'?

We spend average 300/= each month - those are only 3 packets of flour - minus any consumed during any 'stool-gymnastic sessions'.

Assuming there are 10m households each holding average of 4 people and assuming only 2/3rds of the households consume ugali at a humble estimate of an average of 200/= per month...... continue with the maths.... we are above a billion a month.

Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want.

Babies (under 1 yr) dont/cant eat ugali... And the kids (if they have other choices) eat very little..
