My good friend called me late last night to go keep him company and assist by the roadside on Argwins Khodek road near Chaka Place (yaya). He had knocked down a cyclist.
The cyclist had no reflectors,was wearing dark clothes (watchi) and it was like 9pm.
Surely aren't there traffic rules that apply for cyclist? I honestly think that cyclist should be made to pay all damages including my friends car!
