...what is happening in south coast as regards plot/ land ownership?? Way too many caveat emptors appearing in the dailies....seem to be unsafe investment esp if you are an absentee land lord

Vinii-the south coast is picking up very aggressively with Ukunda airstrip now up and running; Dongo Kundu bypass on the way and the overkill on North coast. There have been many neglected prime pieces. Ata baba Jimmy was nearly cheated the other day.

You do need to take care with any Kwale or Mombasa plots. Its a given
