@Mcreggae in IT there is a term used called GIGO. am sure u have heard of it. Its Garbage In,Garbage Out. Meaning u insert the wrong data u get the wrong output: for those who may not understand.
In this case no matter how good a political system is,u have garbage of politicians like ours then you get garbage results.
I think as The General says,its this winner takes all bullcrap of a system we have. I dont knw what they have in the Philippines bt it might be the same.
I think maybe this means we take this harmonised draft very seriously.
