i am looking for 1/4 acre plot in ruiru for 400k, dont mind even if is 1 or 2 kilometers from bypass, anyone knows someone selling or where there is genuine land subdivisions in ruiru?

Prices have really gone up there. I'm however selling 1/8s about 1km from bypass and 5kms from Thika Road @500k with ready titles. Call 0733-411298 if interested.

400K in Ruiru is not realistic unless it is very interior, Talk to John 0720-367216 if interested, he has one 2KM from Thika road with title.

1/4 acres for 400K in ruiru might not be possible in 2011.
Even 1/8 in Joska (along kangundo road) is now going for something like 500K....

if u get a plot with that cost, either it near kilimambogo hill., or your money is at risk  ..desire to succeed is always fighting with fear of failure..
