thanks folks for the advice. so i cant put a caveat on my own plot to minimise chances of foul play by fraudsters and crooked lands officials?

Mwalimu shamba has areas that are divided into 5 acres and others into 2 acres. Last time i checked, around may 2010, they were going for 400K an acre. They could have gone up now. However there are lots of conmen and its was not posible for me to actually get to meet the real owners who are actually teachers in primary, secondary and colleges, who got the land way back in 1982. If you get anyone selling do your due diligence well.

Ruiru is growing fast and the Eastern bypass is now complete, but with no markings as yet and very very busy traffic wise.

I have 2 plots, 1/8 of an acre each, about 2 Kms from thika road as you drive towards ruai on the bypass and about 120 meters from the bypass. Titles ready and ar freehold. Asking KES 1.5M each.
