Hey guys! What is the going market rate for a 3 bedroom massionate [with 2 bath & 2 showers] without an extension in buruburu ph. 3? i got someone thinking of selling soon.

Beshte yangu sold 1 karibu na buru( ksouth civilservants) almst same description for 4.5m... So the figure is around there... 5.5m. Beta stil endea awa ma profesional valuers,
If you dont want to use plan B, have a good plan A.

The buruburu hse is 3 bedrooms 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms [1 additional toilet and shower on ground floor].has 2 gate entrances front and behind [buruburu girls from behind entrance] not extensions. price is 6.8m
