On todays Nation a group of people were arrested and charged with drinking beer at 2 pm in Sabina Joy.They were fined 30,000 and those who failed to raise the bail were sentenced. So beware when having your bottle outside Mututho hours.

Interestingly the article mentions 'most of the 25 accused persons were aged between 20 and 26' These are the guys who should be out there making money!

Mututho has a point. I support this 100%
....above all, to stand.

I fully support Mututho... Wapi those guys who take kids to the bars?
Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...

I don't believe that somebody should determine what time I should take my beer. For me mututho bill is a pain in the @&&.

I don't know why when am on leave i have to wait for guys who went to work up to 5pm so that we can start enjoying my favorite drink together. I go on leave so that i can relax and enjoy myself while spending my hard earned cash to keep the economy moving. ABK this Mututho blah blah.

Just another new avenue opened for small scale corruption, and selective extortion for those capable.

Some things in themselves, like mututho, appear to be good. But when viewed as part of a bigger picture, turn out to be worse and detrimental to the fabric of society.

But I am a teetotaler. d'oh! d'oh!
