Does anyone know anything about investments by Cape Gardens in Katani? Am wondering if they went ahead with it or is in progress. Any information will be appreciated.

Below, see links to their website and a report on environmental impact assessment submitted to NEMA.

Thanks

@tcd. I was in Katani 2 weeks ago but never saw such a Development. I'm looking for a quarter or 1/8th at the Syokimau/Katani boundary. Liked the place.

If am not wrong, are this not the same projects fronted by villa care. the Nema report is signed by Mentor Group which owns villa care..

the project was to start last year but has had several delays, don't know if they have started now???
