Man Utd continue their unbeaten run with yet another useless draw. Lee Bowyer scores in the 89th Minute for Birmingham! Applause

Painful. Really painfull. Never mind how the goal was scored - handball + foul - too late to complain. Those are two points lost. Two points!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

I feel you broda, the point earned will count at some point, as the losers rejoice, we sit atop the table!!!

I really wonder how Sir Alex manages to stomach this nonsense at age 69?

dudes who had not kicked a ball in 16 days were trying to run us rugged. But Bum-in-hum is a tough place to visit. Just ask Mr. Bean and his nyef nyef team. But I had hoped Fergie would rotated the team. Oh well, another draw and we still tops.

Birmingham was going to be tricky! but it was real pain to draw again. However the real pain is to Arses who still have to sit adrift 3 points inspite of our draw!

If we win tonight against Wigan we'll be level on points with Man Utd.....smile

I know some of you will start talking of sijui your game in hand but the question is what makes you think you'll not have dropped more points before you play Blackpool on 24th Jan??? Next stop for Man Utd is West Brom....all the best!

@Njung'e, haha. Just another 8 draws and 12 wins and that gives a total of 44 points, added to our current 38pts. Can we win with 82 points? Possible. As long as Chelski are wallowing and Arses inconsistent.

Jana was summed up as Lee Bow-Tie.

Kumbuka waliwachapa last season at Emirates. Plus again, West Brom have been performing poorly. Didnt they lose yesterday to Blackburn 1-3 at home? They've actually lost the last 3 games and have won 2 games, drawn 1 and lost 7 games in their last 10 matches.

I feel you brother. The 4 added minutes were the worst - I almost got a heart attack. Accepting the 'volley ball' pass - both hands! + foul that led to the 90th minute 'goal' was too much to ask! Was the ref blind? How I'll be dealing with these ish at 69 is anyone's guess!

Was it fog that was in the stadium or its my TV that was unclear? The cameramen did a very poor job last night.

Consolation is that we remain unbeaten. Those teams which have so far drawn fewer games than they have lost should know that this is an anomaly. Come end of the season they too would have drawn more matches than they have lost so far. Habari ndio hiyo.

Am with you on this one my brothers. Ferdinand should have gone down as soon as he was made a horse by Zigic. Why did he have to struggle to remain on his feet after the blatant foul?

Yenyewe, being a coach is tough work. I always wonder how the fans in England feel if here in kenya one can literally feel the tension.

I don't think Wigan have ever won any match against Arsenal at the Emirates. Last season's we lost away to wigan after they staged a massive comeback despite being 2-0 down with 10 minutes to play, all thanks to Silvestre....that was the match that ended our title hunt in late April. I don't see that happening this time because then we had so many players out injured.

They have plenty of experience and shame on them for taking so long to beat Chelsea, 11 matches without a win was it? One win against a team that has not won in 7 games doesn't suddenly make them an amazing team, they're grossly inconsistent and to me still play airy-fairy fancy football without a plan B that doesn't get results when it matters most. Another false dawn if you ask me..."

Truly and surely a false dawn it is!!

Another typical Arsenal hater....i bet your friend predicted a lose against Chelsea before last night's match.

Arsenal will always remain the most hated club by the British press mostly because they lack the Lampards, Rooneys, Gerrards, Terry's etc in their team. They have always been criticized whether they win or not. Outside the UK they are admired for their style of play by everyone and thats a fact (with or without trophies). For as long as i can remember the English press have always predicted Arsenal's exit from the "top four" but it has never happened.

Look at Arsenal's rivals at the top right now, they've all been purchased by greedy owners who have invested heavily on expensive players in pursuit of trophies but at what expense??? How are they performing financially?? L'pool, Chelsea & Man Utd all suffering financially (Now I've heard Man utd are about to get some Oil money). The thing is nowadays even with the money the top players in the world prefer playing in other European leagues apart from EPL. If they do sign for English clubs its always about money but they end up not performing on the pitch

The problem with English football is that they focus more on physical ability and athleticism, there's nothing much on individual skill, inventiveness, mental ability on the pitch or movement of the ball etc. That's why i don't see them winning the World Cup anytime soon let alone hosting it. When is the last time an English player was voted as FIFA Player of the year anyway????

Wenger has always been criticized for trying to emulate Barca with his young players but the same people forget that he has done it before went a whole season unbeaten and won several trophies. He has always believed in "total football" which gives most fans something to smile about even in defeat, that's why all the top clubs would be after him if he decides to leave Arsenal. It's for these reasons and many that i will always be an ARSENAL FAN whether we are on top at the bottom or relegated.
