As said earlier, the Japanese (Toyota) have a vision to make a car that goes around the world with one tank of fuel.This gadget would take them 30% closer to their goal. Surely, a gadget that can cut fuel consumption in Kenya ( therfore reduce the trade deficit by 30%)would be a darling of bwenyenyes of these country. Such info is not sold over the internet! Toyota would have been the first to install the gadget.
