allow me to correct you:-
in kenya the documents that show you legally own a piece of land are a title deed or certificate of lease etc
the documents that show you legally own a car is just a vehicle logbook under your name
to confirm the the entries in the documents you either conduct a search in the Ministry of lands offices ,and in the case of the car at the KRA
to transfer a title deed or a logbook to another party, its a legal process that involves documents like transfer-forms copies of ID and agreements witnessed by lawyers etc
in this case
one car valued 1.8mil = one 1/8acre plot
the only thing that will exchange hands are the necessary legal documents to effect a transfer
