beware!!!!!!!!!!! someone needs to convince me that this is not latest pyramid scheme out to con Kenyans. The game has started this year and i suppose numerous companies have come up. Some have registered offices and others are briefcase. No office landlines only GSM and a Box Postal. What i am wondering is where they got my email address because i have received links of websites which look the same. I am of the opinion than con proceedings will be perpetuated online in 2010 thanks to the fibre connectivity.Kenyans beware.

BGL, please clarify what we should beware of?

@difathas, reg of a com is a process. first u will need to choose names and take them to AGs office for confirmation of availability of name(this name is resvd for 2 wks subject to ext) then u will need to prepare MOA and AOA(emply svs of a lawyer or CPS). have the directors to sign the doc. and pay the a fee of 2000 and stamp duty(ussualy 2% of the share cap). This process should take an avg of 2-3wks and cost u around 20k. Gud luck
