I was in MLD 4r a year. MLD is beautiful, but be careful of one thing. There are several cases of fake titles. U kan easily lose money that way.

Also if u get the land do fence it imediately or have someone guard it round the clock to prevent squatters. Tho av not fully answered u I hope this helps.
Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.

Malindi does have a lot of issues with fake titles and all the good land is now owned by italians.
If you are interested in Kilifi can hook you up with someone selling land by the creek( 2 row from the beach) a 1/4 is going for 1.5mil in a closed regulated estate?

Me thinks Lamu is best place to look for land now. with proposed developments coming in the area and the fact that currently land is cheap, I believe this is best place for an investor for housing and also land for potential price upsurge
