Ok let me rephrase.
I don't think if the public could get their hands on G.O.K rights at 0.5 premium the share would be still trading at 23 which is a 3.5 premium...
Plus the high for the rights on the day was 2.85 and the low 0.5....
This means the public who were buying rights from other shareholders were buying at 2.85 and G.O.K rights sold to selected institutions at 0.5 not to the public...
The 0.5 deals were already pre planned and executed...
