this is interesting, why not sell the land n buy the car? don't u think that this may not lead to a fair deal

fair deal to who? i have already sold 2 plots there, promising to buy a car. but i end up spending the money on other projects and i remain with my old car.

I think you need a common denominator of exchange to be fair to both sides i.e. money. otherwise one seems immovable while the other is very moving. just a thought.

there is already a common denominator(please read my post) because my plot is valued at about 1.5mil to 1.8mil kenya shillings
if your car is valued between that range, and you wish to acquire a commercial plot in kitengela.
you dont have to sell your car ,let me first view it then we are in business.

Sounds very fishy!!! Seriously! Sell the plot and buy a car immediately. There are car bazaars all over Nairobi. You can even buy the car hours after selling the land. Ama you will get a project worth 1.8m out of nowhere just hours after selling the land?
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

whats fishy about asking for a car? how is it different from asking for 1.8mil in cash?
this is a very transparent transaction because
1.unlike in a cash transaction if anything goes wrong its easy to recover your car.
2. nobody the buyer or the seller is under pressure to enter into agreement if conditions of the transaction don't favor them
3.barter trade is the oldest form of doing business in the world. i am not the first one to practice it. there are websites dedicated to barter trade in Europe and in USA where people barter more expensive cars or assets than what i am asking for(maybe the 1.8mil figure is a bit mind boggling for you) check on google

this is not an experiment i have bartered before for land/car and i acquired a 10acres piece of land.

" Ama you will get a project worth 1.8m out of nowhere just hours after selling the land":- this statement is unwarranted because you dont know me to establish what kind of business i do

i am not ruling out a cash transaction if any wazuan has 1.8 mil and wants a COMMERCIAL plot in kitengela TOWN contact me. I HAVE 3 PLOTS 1/8ACRE UP FOR SALE
