@kalimeni - go to HFCK and talk to them. they may not have the cheap houses on the website for some reason but may have some that have fallen behind on mortgage payments.

Speak to Abdalla on 0721 385370 his office is in Bamburi. he may be able to help. try also peter on 0722 412772

datoo kithikii may be good for south coast. they have an office there.

let me know how you get on. I'll be in mombasa next month and will do some research for you. i am not promising anything but will try time permitting!

Am also interested in property in mombasa- north coast- bamburi/utange/shanzu areas. Any news from your research? Which property have clean title deeds? Any reliable agent/lawyer at the coast? Some tips will be appreciated.

@Brekke=My bro told me of the houses he leaves in MSA and they belong to KPA Pension Fund who were the developers so for you to buy i do not think the Pension scheme for KPA can defraud you.Where's its important to do due diligence i will advise you to buy though i was told they are around 4 M with cabro compound finishings and they are 3 bedroomed.Even the road to the houses from the main road is with cabro.Rent can be 25K which is of most houses in NBI

@Bugatti/wazerians
Thanks. Do you know if each house has a title deed? Any reliable lawyer i can use to facilitate the process/due dilligence?

Read a thread here on wazua about vescon estate houses that were supposedly constructed on a reclaimed marshland?? and are developing cracksSad Sad. Any information as regards quality of bandari estate houses? They are abt 2.5km from vescon estate. Please advise.

the Kpa houses according to msa are too expensive esp for that area i can assure you that 25k is too high for rent.They do have titles. The secret to buying property in mombasa is diligence if you are serious and patient you will get a very good deal
