@bartum, i agree with you and that 16 is going to be a very strong resistance. this is what i said a few months ago:

What happened to the nice old days when people used to quote figures, fundamentals, analysis etc. etc. Hi maneno ya "Sell these shares by Monday and then buy them back on Thursday bla bla bla..." without providing supporting evidence ilitoka wapi? @pablo if it was possible to short sell, access would have been a perfect candidate. since you can't short sell then its wise to sell and buy back when there are signs of an uptrend.
