ati Man Utd are on form, si mlichapwa 4-0 juzi na West Ham (with Giggs as captain). Lets wait for Monday then you can make all the noise you want. Who ever mentioned Barca and Man utd in the same sentence ateme hiyo mate before Messi asikie.

There were 10 changes in that team. Ten bloody changes. On the other hand, you guys are playing the Man - U first team. There are so many players who would wish to play against you, selection will be a problem. I'm sure you know what the likes of Evra, Nani, Park, Giggs, Scholes have been doing to you over the years!

why do people argue about football, why do people bet in a game they are not playing, on people who will most certainly not know them, vermalin is out until 2011.

In that case, I guess vermalin knows you. Why else would you be commenting on him. The name is actually Vermaelen but I'll excuse you because he is probably the only Belgian you know - and who knows you! LOL.

It's called being a fan, if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.

As for Dec 13th, I'll wait for the players to do the talking on the field. I predict a 3-1 win for Man Utd, just like we beat them in Emirates last season.

For now, I hope we draw or win today's match to avoid BARCA!No team instills fear in me like that!

Arses better beat Partizan tomorrow and hope Braga beat Shaktar, otherwise they'll end up second and be at the mercy of the knock out stage draw

The Champions League Knock-out stage will be quite interesting...If Spurs beat FC Twente tonight they'll remain top of their group while last year's winners, Inter, will qualify in second place....AC Milan and Lyon are also in second place. The only team i don't want Arsenal to meet is Barca, although chances are there that we might be drawn with them if we qualify in second.

I'd rather meet a team where I know the chances are 50-50 of beating them. Inter under Benitez are not very convincing, AC Milan blow hot and cold while Lyon are not the force they used to be...even with last season"s run. Barca, on the other hand, are hard to beat even when they are in poor form, and that in itself is rare! You have to play anti football with them and even then you're not guaranteed of winning.

That said, I would prefer the Arsenal campaign in the CL to last at least to the quarters (along with Chelsea)so that they can"t focus on the EPL alone, this league has more surprises down the road and I'd prefer Man Utd to remain on the good side of those...

My consideration to leave the pensioners for west brom, was more than given a passing consideration as the blue boys continued where the left. Abject uselessness. And now they will face Spurs (A team in their element), Man-u and Arsenal. I am not expecting much from the blues out of the three games. Maybe a point out of the nine. At which point Ancellotti will be shown the door and chelsea will be playing in the europa league next season!

As for man-u v arsenal...I hazard that it will be a draw. Maybe 3-3.

The intricacies of tomorrow's Group H matches where Arsenal lies... (quoted from the UEFA website)

The only section where both last-16 tickets remain available: Shakhtar, who need a point to guarantee reaching the knockout stages for the first time, sit three points clear of both Arsenal and newcomers Braga, with the Gunners second on head-to-head. A three-way tie at the summit is possible should leaders Shakhtar lose at home to Braga and second-placed Arsenal beat point-less FK Partizan in London.

In that event the first determining factor would not apply: the trio would all hold equal points from the head-to-heads between themselves, so qualification would come down to goal difference in the matches between the three, then away goals scored in them (Arsenal would almost certainly come top in that reckoning and Braga would need to beat Shakhtar by four to come second). In two-way head-to-head, Arsenal have superiority over both Shakhtar and Braga. On Matchday 2 Shakhtar won 3-0 at Braga so to finish top the Portuguese debutants must better that scoreline and hope Arsenal do not win, in which case they would need a four-goal success to pip the Ukrainian side.

@slammers, some of us are more up to date than local news reporters in Arsenal matters. Kosc is fit. But I prefer that Djourou plays versus Man U. He is more dominant in the air, and seems to play better with Squillaci.
