my beloved chelsea or real should lift champions league this season. btw when is the el classico? ronaldo and co are currently looking really good

MONDAY!!

November 29th 10.30pm local time - without a doubt the most awaited El Classico of all time pitting the two top scorers in the league - CR7 vs Messidona

I have a feeling Mourinho will have the last laugh - the return at Santiago Bernabeu might be the title decider...

for a team that has not lost any match (this season) Real are in for a shocker.

I thought yesterday performance was way better than some football we have been playing lately...Giggs was lively, Scholes as usual...Nani was a bit quite, but generally the midfield was okay...I hope they fully wake up... defense, Smalling did well with a few important block's. Evans had one nervy moment but that really was it.

what remains now, is the ability to disect defences that park the bus and we are good to go...

I'll tell you what's missing in action. The devastating counter attacking that is the hallmark of Man - U. It's not acceptable that even teams that are parking the bus [like Rangers] can afford to attack [against Man - U!] once in a while. A couple of seasons ago, that could have been suicidal! We still have players who can be lethal in a counter attack. I don't know why there seems to be a change of tactics.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Did Real Mad do anything wrong? well, I know its wrong, but it was a clever thing anyways its just that they pushed it too much to have 2 players sent off, 1 maybe we would rationalize...

But Jose M. pushed it too much...the only remedy is a lengthy ban for the two players and touchline for Morinho...enough said...Sad

the team that struggled to qualify to the group stage in the Champions league now qualifies as No 1 and hence avoid the big boys. congrats the north London team.

I honestly don't believe Arsenal will top their group but I'm sure we will qualify. The only team to avoid in the knock-out draw is Barcelona, the rest (Schalke, Bayern & Real) are teams we can beat. Bayern & Schalke are currently struggling in their domestic league in 7th and 15th position respectively, Real have good attacking players but they are not that good in defensive play. The knock-out matches will be in February, we should have Vermaelen back by then to boost our defense.

That was quite obvious because Arsenal are yet to qualify.
