Now that MO has finished investigations, we await prosecution of the suspected 6. The have been informed to forget about the presidential race 2012, seeing that trials should start late 2012 (namely after august)....suspected 6?Drool Drool
MO already knows they have presidential ambitions.....

Some supported the Hague option thinking it will take up to 10 years for prosecutions to begin. How wrong they were!! I am also sure they were hoping for the sealed indictments so they could hide around, safe in the knowledge that the public does not know who they are (save for the usual speculation)- again how wrong they were!!!

How I wish now for a local tribunal to try the rest of the known thugs. I am not holding my breath, but I will not give up hope either...

You can bet that as soon as these goons stand pale kizibani in the Hague - their local sidekicks will raise Cain. This could create the momentum to revive the aborted local tribunal to to even out the score. I don't expect the suspects to just roll over and die without implicating or even nailing their partners in crime. You can bank on this: WR will be singing like a bird to ensure that RAO and the "pentagon" are implicated. Its payback time. Mungu si Athumani.

Why is it that WR and his bandwagon believe that RAO is behind his and UK's tribulations? Is there something i'm missing? and very silent on EMK.....
Does this confirm that WR and UK are on the list already? we await the remaining 4 persons....ama?

@YW, but do you think MO has enough evidence? from AW's comments juzi, seems they knew that they handed over the waki report with inadequate evidence..

Yes the reports may or may not have been adequate. after all 1 of the judges thought the threshold was not reached.

But why do we assume MO built his case only on that report? He tells us he went and gathered fresh new evidence, recordings and what not. MO is not the typical Kenyan prosecutor, as AW hopes, who is almost assured of not getting a conviction even when there is video evidence....

And MO adds he will not discuss his evidence in the media. To the disappointment of WR and his fake witnesses.

WR already done a 'dry run' test to the hague cuz his fate is as good as sealed already.Gut instincts must be prodding him to buy winter clothings. And talking of political alliances, hague notwithstanding....can WR and UK form the 'envelope alliance' with an eye on 2012? And in all fairness, kivuitu should be among the 6.just a thot.my 2zim dollar thinking.

I have no idea of the evidence he has.

But for someone who prosecuted and convicted those criminals whose former day jobs as military men and heads of state entailed official secrecy, I stake my legs no evidence is unreacheable to him. Not to discredit locally available prosecutors, but which conviction have they secured? ......Laughing out loudly

I know I will be wowed when hear them as he argues in court. That is why I am keen these cases proceed at ICC.

I honestly do hope there will not be an acquittal.

I know Ocampo has indicted a number of bad guys but has he ever won a conviction? Some of the guys like Milosevic died before their cases were completed.
