Commercial Plots in Kasarani cost about Kshs. 5m (30X80 feet or 1/18 of an Acre)! Imagine these plots do not have title deeds, only share certificates.. No Title Deeds!

This means that if you put together the plots to make an acre, one acre would cost kshs. 90m. Even if you take advantage of economies of scale, it would still cost over Kshs. 70m per acre!

Where is this property craze heading to????

@gicharu you can be sure someone is laughing all the way to the ATM....most people do not look at it that way, they think the 5M is 'affordable' and they are game meanwhile economy ya kadogo is finishing off some fellows.
