There is a groupe called Kamututo Selling some plots near Kagundo Rd Petrol Station ,not very far from Kayole.
What is fishy about this process is that if you are to be allocated a plot there,first you pay Surveyor's fee of 5k to the group then they give you some letter from the City Council afterwhich you can start building ur hse but they are the same pple selling plan.One is expected to pay 30k for development fee later.
Is there anyone who has procured one? could this be a good venture and how can one varify whether the said plots are genuine?

those are mungiki type of groups operating there. A lot of controversy in that area. it took me 3 years to dissentangle my self from a similar mess. It is humiliating to be associated with thieves and murderers.
