Not exactly but what is happening to construction of the road along University Way? I have noticed that the contractor stopped construction some weeks back. Non-payment or what?

what is the logic behind it, Sober? could it be the same reason that explains why Landhies Rd construction has been stopped as well??

I am no expert but i know that the biggest part is the complex interchange at the globe roundabout which in turn determines the phase of the other stages.

The contractors are making some progress on the other sections.Check out the link http://thikaroad.tk/. However I don't think they'll finish before 2012.

I have also noted the vigour the chinese had when the constructions started has died.....

Construction is going on very well especially along Thika road, those who along in Thika road can attest to this. The sections remaining are quite few since most of the fly-overs and bridges are almost complete.

This road should be complete by next year coz even quite a number of sections have already been opened for use.
