There was a presentation by the CEO discussing the issues during the launch...

Bwana! Unanisumbua d'oh! I listed what I remembered in the earlier post...

BTW, informally it was whispered they are not worried about an under-subscription. Seems NSSF wants a huge chunk & might be sold a huge chunk of the Rights by GoK.

Note that 50% underwritten by Equity/Centum [40%/10%] as well as EB is offering loans through EIB.

This is getting more interesting as it unfolds. What i want to know now is how much the rights will be going for? nobody knows this yet. Either way anybody buying the share for less than 22.00 is getting a real discount. if the rights trade at level the 2012 is saying(1-2 bob), this will be epic.

If the mkt rate will be @22/- and below then the right should not go for more than 50cts.

When i told to Sell @ 238 & apply for additional right or buy right from market, some one told me iam confusing people / very cheap logic / every counter is not KCB.etc.. etc.. Now you realise i was right after loosing 60 bob per share.

@vvs, I see you are putting your cash where your throat is..... So this will be in Windhoek? I seem to like what the clairvoyant @yass.... seems to be saying regarding KPLC. BTW I don't own any KPLC and will look to buy some on the market. I'm targeting 20-21, I think sub 19.50 might be optimistic, but if the Scon experience is anything to go buy, people are going to load up using equity loans and sell at a loss to cover the interest charges.
