I decided to gamble and I'm sure it will pay off. I sold all my holding at 29.5/- and 30/- and will buy back at 25/- (following guru's prediction) or lower, I think it will drop to 23/-, top up the cash set aside for the rights and I'll have more shares than I would have acquired from the rights without adding a cent.

@guru267( Thanks),@ vvs, et al. I may opt to try buy Low b4 1st and sell within the rights trading period as I expect the interest in rts to push price up may be back to 29/=. I suspect there will be v few rights to trade. Maybe only GoK's which may be taken up by D&B. I don't trust JM.

This one will be hard to crack, for anyone who thinks the rights can be manipulated. read my lips.
tomorrow there may be a slight drop but many will be diasppointed at the dip may not be much to provide entry point after prior exit.

Anyway i got in today at 27 sadly and reluctantly but am not in a harry to sell i will target quarter 3 on next year. i would have wished to buy at 25 and get the rights but that was just impossible. God will help me now to have profits.
