Especially the gas issue, you can pull all the pethos but when you sleep and gas builds up what does one do? You can press yourself for a few days but for how long? I think its God's way of humbling couples, you unleash and you humble yourself and ask for forgiveness till you zoeana. I think that's how married couples operate.

@Foreman

Observe the following

1. Drink eight glasses of water a day
2. Avoid meats (eat fish instead). Become a vegatarian
3. Eat early and take at least two hours after eating to hope into bed
4. Avoid carbonated drinks
5. Use herbal laxative once in a while to clean your system.
6. Exercise

Try that, think it will work

@Foreman, you will be amazed how easily you will adjust once married. The bloated feeling must be because of the so called bachelor diet (Chips and kuku porno, mara its bread and juice, or maziwa na bread) Once the someone comes home, you will at least get good food cooked for you and the 'missed calls' may be a thing of the past.

One other thing, the lady may be much worse than you on the gas front. If very fly and delicate, she may not look like she unleashes those stinky screamers, but u may be surprised... Then your silent whispers wont feel so bad...

@Foreman, pray. It may not make sense especially with the issues that you have, but trust me God will provide you with a marriage partner irrespective of your issues.

Haiyaa!!! People are still getting married?

With the divorce rate at 50% and the proliferation of single families, I thought the institution is dead.

@Dod, the institution is very much alive. People are still getting married. And those who are willing to put everything to it to make it work are reaping the fruits of their labour. There are very many happy couples around, BTW.

Dont mind the statistics. If you get married, focus on yours alone. Marriage is one of the things that does not follow the saying, 'Ukiona mwenzako akinyolewa, tia kichwa chako maji'.

Its strange how we as human beings when we yearn for a life time partner we pray God to give us the best partners and forget to pray that God makes us the best partners.
Marriage is an institution commissioned by God and meant to be enjoyed fully(for better or worse).
So lets just say issues like releasing gas, deep sleep, e.t.c are for the worse and your partner should accomodate them.
