Am ready to buy plots.

However,want a seller with some level of customer service ie:


will discuss with me a decent mix of plots to own: speculative and long-term
will have a good variety of plots to sell
will work with my lawyer to ensure all plots are CLEAN and valid for sale
payments will be CASH

Refer to the Kitengela plots topic.These are many and very clean.If talking about speculating they started at 330k and now the minimum is 350k.Neghbourhood are selling at 450 within less than 50meters distance.Haveone at Mutahiga North 17m clean as well.
